Denise Huff, MSN, RN, has dedicated 51 years to nursing, with 46 years of expertise in Home and Community Health Care Administration and Education. She holds a Master’s Degree in Community Health Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi and has held leadership roles including Director of Nursing, Clinical Educator, Adjunct Professor, and Consultant. Ms. Huff’s certifications include Home Health, Advanced Administration, and Legal Nurse Consulting. She has also successfully owned and operated three healthcare organizations.

Currently, Ms. Huff is the Owner, President, and CEO of Prestige Care Health Services, Inc., a licensed and certified home health agency she founded in 2001. Under her leadership, Prestige Care provides skilled and ancillary services across Houston and surrounding areas, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and Joint Commission standards. She also made history as the first Black individual elected to the Board of the Texas Association of Home Care and Hospice (TAHCH), where she serves as Vice President—a highly prestigious role.

Ms. Huff’s impact extends globally, including her collaboration with Kenyan health officials and the U.S. Embassy to improve healthcare for women and children. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and treasures her family, including her spouse of 54 years, three children, seven grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
