2017 – DAAP welcome 4 New Board Members

Audrey Coaxum has joined the Board of the DAAP Foundation. Ms. Coaxum has nearly 30 years of experience in the Health Care Industry. She is recognized for having an exceptional ability to identify problems, create best practices, develop policies and procedures, as well as, diverse systems that are compliant, proactive and geared towards eliminating waste and revenue losses, while enhancing operational efficiencies and achieving company goals.

Darlene Jordan has rejoined the Board of the DAAP Foundation. Ms. Jordan has nearly 40 years of experience in the Health Care Industry. Ms. Jordan has a long-standing relationship in the greater Houston area. She is known for her experience in fundraising, event planning and scholarship administration.

Cassie Levy has rejoined the Board of the DAAP Foundation. Ms. Levy has been a long standing business and community leader in the Greater Houston area. She worked for the City of Houston for over 10 years and has city government experience with the City attorney and controller offices, building a network of connections to strategically resolve problems. Ms. Levy is also the owner of Emmit Moss Trust and has expertise with special project development, operational teamwork, strategic planning, networking, organizational and training and development with community service and volunteer experience.

Alethea Brown Nelson has joined the Board of the DAAP Foundation. Ms. Nelson has over 20 years of experience in the medical industry and has been the owner for over 10 years of, Gulf Coast Hospice of Houston, a privately held corporation in Houston, Texas. She has a strong passion for mentoring and developing youth by exposing them to different educational opportunities in the community.
